When development and creatives cross paths, sometimes it results in a beautiful connection. Before the project ever broke ground, Greystar realized that the collective of fine artists located next door were something special. They hired Gökotta to create an engagement plan with Dilworth Artisan Station and to build that partnership.

Over the next few years, we engaged with the artists and built trusted relationships that allowed us to dream up a lofty idea. With 18,000 square feet of common area to fill with fine art, we developed The Living Gallery - a full building rotating gallery using twenty of the artists from next door.

We listened to the needs and wants of both the client and artists to deliver a high-end art collection that is far cheaper for the client and values the artists through compensation and access to a new generation of collectors.

With careful planning and coordination, Gokotta helped create a seamless and painless process that can now be replicated in any location.
